We are a group of Asian youths striving to uplift marginalized communities through education, activism, and celebration.

Dear Asian Youth was founded in May of 2020 by Stephanie Hu, a 16-year-old who wished to create a platform to publish her poetry. It evolved into a blog dedicated to the Asian narrative, then a literary magazine, then a full-fledged organization with over 100 members on the national team. Functioning remotely, the organization today is the result of passionate volunteers with a shared purpose.

Dear GlobalGirls is an organization and monthly digital girls magazine dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering girls around the globe. Through articles highlighting current issues, spotlighting incredible youth change makers, and more, our mission strives to encourage young girls around the globe to amplify their voices, demand for their rights, and embrace the power hidden among them.

Demanding More is THE diversity and inclusion book you need to read. Moving beyond HR speak, this book clearly explains what diversity and inclusion are and what it means in the everyday experience of millions of people, both at work and in life. Sheree Atcheson, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Peakon and ex Monzo, draws on her experience as a young woman of colour in an overly white male tech environment; she lives and breathes the issues she writes about. In Demanding More, she calls out the lack of awareness around privilege, unchecked and unconscious biases and details what intersectionality does to feelings of discrimination and disadvantage. ···

For over a decade, digitalundivided has increased visibility and access for Latina and Black women founders. We began with groundbreaking research and have since expanded to founder-centric training programs, strategic partnerships and a vibrant founder community. digitalundivided not only champions an equitable entrepreneurial landscape, we provide women of color at various stages of running a business, the space to improvise and innovate. When you empower women of color, you transform entrepreneurship.

We are called Diversability because we believe that disability is diversity and that disability is diverse and we want to showcase that in everything we do. We are proud of our disabled identity and reiterate that "disability" is not a bad word. However, language is complex and we suggest asking the disabled person about their preferred terminology.

Diversability® is a social enterprise to elevate disability pride through disability community, visibility, and engaged allyship. We're like the Disability Employee Resource Group (ERG)/Affinity Group that exists outside of a company.

DiversaTech is UC Berkeley’s leading student-run technology consultancy. We combine engineering, design, and business principles to create novel, dynamic, and impactful recommendations.

To us, the tech industry is not exclusive to individuals with engineering and computer science backgrounds; it’s an expansive field blending design, marketing, business strategy, and more for people of all backgrounds. In such a multi-dimensional field, effective cross-team collaboration and interdisciplinary solutions are of utmost importance.

At DiversaTech, we emphasize collaboration in all the work we do, providing our clients with fresh perspectives to new and old industry challenges.

We're a 100% grassroots organization composed of high school/college students throughout the United States of America pushing for equitable, long-lasting reform within our school districts (public, charter, and private). The centerpiece of this movement is around the concept to #DiversifyOurNarrative through the books, curriculum, and teaching practices we engage in. Our students work with local school boards, school administration, and their educators to spearhead tailored resolutions/reform addressing the complex issues of more-inclusive curriculum, teaching pedagogy, racial equity, educational disparities, etc.

Django Girls is a non-profit organization and a community that empowers and helps women to organize free, one-day programming workshops by providing tools, resources and support. We are a volunteer run organization with hundreds of people contributing to bring more amazing women into the world of technology. We are making technology more approachable by creating resources designed with empathy.

During each of our events, 30-60 women build their first web application using HTML, CSS, Python and Django.
